"I am writing this mail to share my experience and feedback on buying my new XUV 500 from Zulaikha motors (Amernath). Model : XUV 500 W7 Vehicle Reg no : TN05 BS 3350 Initially to be frank i had no intention to buy XUV as my idea was only buying TUV 300. Hence i had a chat in online support technician and they assigned me Amernath from Ambattur showroom. Amernath in turn called me and invited me to the showroom to see the vehicle directly and when i went there he explained me clearly about the features and advantages of XUV over TUV which made me to change my decison to XUV 500. He showed the features and key add on's in XUV 500 using the demo vehicle present in the showroom which impressed me a lot and i took the decision of buying the same. He also helped me in exchanging my old car. And the test drive which he offered me , made me to move from W5(initial thought) to W7 which had more features. Hence i booked the vehicle and asked for a faster delivery in 15 days which he made it possible and kept me updated regularly with the things happening in my vehicle during the course of 15 days which made me satisfied. Also on the delivery day i requested for delivery before 6 PM and he completed all the process before 6 and there was no delay . Now i am proud owner of XUV 500 writing this mail with good satisfaction as i got my car on the promised date with all the RTO process completed which i thought would take time. "Hello, I'm Dr.Lakshminarayan, and i recently purchased a Mahindra Xuv500 W11 AWD AT, at Zulaikha Motors, Velachery. In this mail, i would like to share the testdrive and sales experience i had at Zulailkha Motors. I was planning to purchase a SUV, since March 2018, and Xuv500 was one of the options i considered amongst others. I had booked a TD from Mahindra website and got a call from Zulaikha Sales Advisor Mr. Dineshkumar regarding testdrive. Due to personal reasons of mine, initial TD of W10 AT was getting postponed, and later i decided against the TD, as i heard a new model with significant changes was about to launch. In the meantime i was testdriving other vehicles in my budget, like Innova, Hexa & Tucson. During all that time, Mr. Dineshkumar was in constant follow up with me, and gave me details of the rumoured upcoming feature changes, launch dates etc. When i decided not to wait and to go forward with Innova booking, i got a call from Dinesh that morning, and he asked me to atleast testdrive the Xuv500 before deciding, and immediately bought a Xuv500 W10 AT, that evening. The testdrive vehicle was spotless and well maintained compared to the Testdrive vehicles from other manufacturers. I test-drove the vehicle and though i liked it, there were a few niggling issues for me, like how utilitarian the interiors looked. Without getting into specifics, Mr. Dinesh told that most of my concerns would be addressed in the upcoming model, and asked me to wait for 20 days. This was around the end of March. In April, Dinesh kept me informed about the launch dates, and the expected updates to the car. He even sent me a link to the product launch livestream, and an invite for the vehicle launch at Zulaikha. I made the booking on launch day. Post booking experience at Zulaikha was a breeze. The showroom was neatly maintained and the staff including the watchman and the valet were courteous. I was received well and offered refreshments during every visit. I was informed the day display vehicle came to the showroom, i got a prompt testdrive once the TD vehicle reached the showroom. The showroom was not fussy about me opting for outside insurance. I got a PDI once vehicle reached them, the vehicle was registered and i was able to take delivery on the day & on the time i wanted. Dinesh also followed up with me post sales and asked me to contact him anytime for issues. A big thumbs up to the Zulaikha showroom, and especially to Mr. Dineshkumar. To be frank, i wanted a Innova but he sold me the Xuv500. Hope to have fun with my vehicle and hoping that i have a similar hassle free Mahindra ownership experience & service experience at Zulaikha motors."

""Dear Sir / Madam, I procured KUV 100 K8 6 Seater from Zulaikha Motors, Velachery this June. I share below the excellent service provided by the team. A month back, I came to show room to check specifications. Show room ambience and vehicle display was nice and enjoyable. Ms Kavitha, Sales team explained details, benefits and schemes available thoroughly. We almost decided that day to buy KUV 100 which stood way apart from its competitors in this segment. When I raised doubt whether KUV 100 can be parked in my house (with little space constraint), she brought the vehicle to my house for test drive and parked it in forward and reverse directions. Further, she took me to accessories team (to consult Mr. Nambi) for suggestions. Reverse camera installation was suggested to give me confidence and make things little more easy to handle. On the day of booking, my wife identified evening 6.30 p.m to 7.30 p.m as auspicious time, Ms Kavitha readily accepted our request and attended us after office hours to complete it to satisfaction. Vehicle exchange (Wagon R) formalities, HDFC car loan processing (Balaji) and Document collection for RTO formalities were handled very courteously and elegantly. When we slightly changed our requirement post booking from Dual tone to single colour, it was received well and handled nicely to amend the booking to my new requirement. I was busy on the day when vehicle was promised delivery to me. I requested if it can be completed within an hour and that too during lunch hours (1.45 p.m to 2.45 p.m). Mr Gary and Ms Kavitha along with delivery team kept every thing ready, conducted a small pooja and handed over the vehicle to me as promised on time flawlessly. Documents, Owners manuals and account statements were handed over properly. Mr. Durai Arasu visited my house for home installation completion on 24.06.17. All features in the vehicle were explained clearly and simple / basic doubts were also clarified professionally by him. I am looking forward very much to enjoying these features. Overall it was a wonderful and delightful experience all through the transactions. I take this opportunity to thank your team members Ms Kavitha, Mr. Nambi, Mr. Gary and Mr. Durai Arasu for their excellent cooperation, professional service and courtesy extended to me.
